*We are licensed by the Oklahoma Board of Accountancy and are permitted to practice across state lines for all states who have adopted Section 23 of the Uniform Accountancy Act(currently 45 states have adopted).   This act is the framework developed jointly by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (Boards of Accountancy of all States).  The AICPA is a national level society with member CPAs from all 50 states of which our firm is an active member.
